SHIPPING, DELIVERY, PACKAGING
We currently only ship to the United States unless special arrangements are made. We are working on providing standard worldwide shipping, but in the meantime if you live outside the US and would like to purchase an item, please contact us and we will try our best to make it happen. We package and ship all orders as soon as possible. We typically are able to drop off your package for shipping within 2 working days. We generally ship items using USPS Ground. If you would like a different shipping option, please contact us immediately after placing your order. If it is possible for us to accomodate your shipping preference then we will.
We package your items with special care. We tightly wrap your items in bubble wrap and plastic. Sometimes there appears to be bubbles or lines on the cutting boards from the packaging. This is only an imprint left in the oil on the surface of the cutting boards. Just wipe the board with a soft rag or paper towel.
If at any point you become unsatisfied with your product, please contact us. As stated above, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We just ask that if you do have an issue you get in touch with us and we will try our best to make it right.
It is important to note that once a piece is used, it will change appearance, fading and showing wear over time. It is our opinion that each groove cut into our handmade cutting boards is a representation of a family meal that has been experienced. This to us adds a special uniqueness to the piece. We do however offer cutting board refinishing, so if your board is used often and has an excessive amount of cuts and grooves this is something we can repair. Please contact us for more information. If you ever have to ship an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that your item will not be lost in shipping.
